Listen to your workout.
Leave your phone in your pocket.
You're already listening to music — so why not lean into an audio-first approach? Let Gym Jockey guide you through your workout, mixing your own music with a coach for every moment. You listen and you lift. Hands free. Eyes on the prize, not on your screen.
It runs on two layers. The music: the drive of your favorite song under the bar, your own playlist while you recover, the right energy at the right moment. The guidance: the load to set, the reps to chase, your record to beat, the cue you'd have forgotten — each spoken exactly when it counts.
Welcome to the soundscape of the real
Unfortunately, no one can be told what Gym Jockey is — you have to hear it for yourself. This is the next best thing.

How it works
Your whole workout plays like a playlist, and Gym Jockey is the DJ — spinning your own music, dropping in guidance and cues right where they count. You drive it like any media player: your headphones, Siri, the Lock Screen, or your Apple Watch.
And the buttons do real work. Missed your numbers? Back replays your targets. Rest dragging on? Forward ends it — not the exercise, just the rest. Pause to catch your breath.
Guidance. How many times have you been under the bar and just blanked? Rep range? Load? What am I even chasing? And why can I never remember the one note that matters? Gym Jockey tells you what you need to know, the moment you need it. Just listen — and bring it.
Drive. When's the last time your playlist brought the heat right when you needed it? Almost never. Pin the ideal clip of the ideal song to each exercise, and dial in the perfect energy for that moment — even when it needs eleven. Especially then.
Recovery. Then dial it back down between sets. Your own playlist takes over, with one job: keep you in the zone, not hand you a shot of adrenaline. And it's here the app tells you when to change the load — not “next set: 100 kg” but “add 5 kg per side” — no mental math when you can barely remember your own name.
